About

I built a small construction company based on a few core values: Love what you do. Respect your client and treat their home as if it were your own. Be efficient but thorough. Strive toward sustainability. Be ethical in all things. Never stop growing, learning and improving.

Whether I am managing the construction of your entire home or just fixing a doorknob you can be sure I will meet your expectations. In addition to my tools I bring the experience from a lifetime of building, fixing, renovating, solving problems, leading and managing. I can develop and stick to timelines and budgets. I can design and envision big and small.

Contact me today to discuss your project, big or small.

My name is Andrew Bascue. I live in the beautiful mountain town of Salida, Colorado with my family. I come from a long line of craftsmen dedicated to hard work in the skilled trades. I helped my dad build and fix things from as far back as I can remember. My grandfathers built and renovated the houses my parents grew up in. My great grandfather built a mechanical contracting business that changed hands through three generations. My grandmother passed her fine art skills to my mother, who taught me to trust my creativity and cultivated my attention to the finer things.

I have a passion for the art of buildings and the woodworking and furniture that populates a space. I also have a deep understanding of the subtrades, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, structural framing and roofing. So I understand how all the pieces fit together to achieve the look you and your architect are asking me to create. When I look at a set of plans I can see the finished space inside the structure and I know how to get there.

When I am not working on large projects I have time to take on smaller work and handyman projects. Depending on my workload I may not be able to take your project immediately. This is because I strive to give each client and their project the attention it deserves. Give me a call to discuss your needs.
